This cozy gîte is located in the beautiful village of St-Julien-De-Lampon. There are several shops in the village. There is much to do and see in the area. See tab “Surrounding Area” for more info.

Ground floor: living room with kitchen area and sitting area with TV, fireplace and WiFi, underfloor heating.
Toilet with washing machine and dryer.

Upstairs: a mezzanine with 2 air-conditioned bedrooms: a room with two person bed 1,40 m and the other room has two single beds 90x 2.10 m that can be put together or separated if desired. There is room for an extra (children’s) bed in one of the bedrooms. Bathroom with rain shower. Separate toilet.

Private garden of 860 square feet (with BBQ and garden furniture) and a large shared garden. In the shared garden there is a heated swimming pool that you can use. Parking at 10 yards..

The gîte is on a property with 2 other gîtes and is half a mile away from the Dordogne River.

It is possible to rent (electric) bicycles (both for adults and children) near our gîtes.
