   Terms and conditions:

    1. Reservation: you can request a reservation using the form below. We will get back to you within 24 hours if space is available. Reservation then becomes final if 50% of de grand total amount is paid within 3 days after the recevingdate of the invoice.  

    The remaining payment is made 1 week before arrival.

    In addition to the rental price, a deposit of 250 EUR is required.

    2. Cancellation Policy: – You will also receive a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking, provided it is at least 14 days prior to arrival. 

                                            – if you cancel at least 30 days before arrival, you will receive a full refund.                                               

                                            – if you cancel between 7 and 30 days before arrival, 50% of all nights will be refunded.                                               

                                            – if you cancel less than seven days before arrival, all nights will be charged.

    3. Tourist tax: the rental price determined by us includes the tourist tax

    4. Swimming pool:

    – diving is prohibited.                        

    – do not bring glassware inside the pool enclosures                        

    – pets prohibited at the swimming pool                       

    – there is a fence around the pool for the safety of children, but there is no supervision.

    – Access to the pool is at your own risk.

    5. Quiet after 10 p.m.: We ask our customers to consider noise after 10 p.m.

    6. Deposit: a deposit of €250 must be paid for the use of a gîte. This deposit must be paid with the rent. Within 2 days of your departure, you will receive this amount by deposit in your account, after deduction of any costs to be paid due to damages observed during the stay.

    7. Use the BBQ: the use of a BBQ is permitted. However, firefighters may prohibit the use of a barbecue due to the prolonged drought in the area. Please respect this decision!

    8. Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in all our lodges. Smoking is permitted on the terrace/garden.

    9. Energy: normal use of water and electricity is included in the price. We ask our tenants to handle this responsibly.

    10. Cleaning: Our guests will find the gite in good condition. We ask all tenants (even if the cleaning option has been booked) to leave the cottage clean. Leave the dishwasher and refrigerator clean and empty. The trash cans are emptied. Please report any breakage and/or damage to us.

    11. Towels/linen package: if you wish, you can bring your own bed linen for the beds. It is also possible to rent bed linen and a set of towels. A set consisting of a fitted sheet, a duvet cover and one (or two) pillowcases, a kitchen linen set, consisting of 1 tea towel, 1 hand towel, tea towel and bath set per person consisting of 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel.

    12. Pets: bring 1 pet is allowed (to be indicated when booking in the remarks section). Multiple pets only with permission.

    13. Maximum number of people: the maximum number of people in the house concerned cannot be exceeded, unless expressly agreed with the lessor, which may entail additional costs.

    14. Inventory control: the presence and proper functioning of inventories are checked before the arrival of our customers. If no finding of inaccuracies has been made within 24 hours after the start of the rental period, it is presumed that everything has been found in order and the tenant is responsible for this inventory from that moment.

    15. Data Security: We take the protection of your data seriously and take appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification.

    16. Responsibility: during the stay, the tenant is responsible for the house, the furnishings and all the objects belonging to the rented object. We decline all responsibility in the event of theft, loss or damage to property or persons, of any nature whatsoever, during or following the stay in the holiday home. we do not accept any responsibility for the breakdown or inactivation of technical equipment, utilities or the non-functioning or partial non-functioning of the internet.

    17. Additional options: breakfast/lunch packages booked during the stay can be paid for on departure.
