Since october 2022  we can call ourselves the proud new owners of this beautiful domain. We enjoyed receiving our guests during the first season are looking forward to welcoming you again from April 2024 at Les Coquelicots de Dordogne.

In the meantime, we continue to work with great enthusiasm on the gîtes and the website so that you can enjoy your stay in peace and comfort.

Our B&B

Our three gites are in a very quiet location, set around a shady park on the edge of the village Saint Julien De Lampon. The village is in the Dordogne valley, five minutes from the Dordogne river.

At 300 meters from the B&B is the village center. At the village center you can find a bakery, butcher, small supermarket, pharmacy, post office, dentist, doctor and a restaurant/bar with a beautiful terrace. In the village there is a market with regional products every Thursday.

Each gite is fully equipped, has its own parking space and private garden with BBQ, sun loungers and parasol. The gardens are separated by a hedge. Internet and WiFi are available. Baby equipment such as a cot, high chair and/or bath can be put down if desired.

We have 2 double gites (Claire and Cyril) and 1 quadruple gite (Sofie).

We had a wonderful week in the Dordogne. The house is spacious, offers a lot of privacy, is clean and contains everything you need. The surroundings are also beautiful, we are very impressed by this beautiful region. Fortunately, Laura and Laurent can give you good tips on what to do and where to eat. Highly recommended!

Thank you to Laura and Laurent for the warm welcome and the cottage made available to us from 17 to 24-09-23.We took full advantage of our stay with very good weather. Everything was perfect in our accommodation located in a quiet and relaxing environment, about 150 meters from small essential shops.As soon as we arrived at the end of the afternoon, we immediately took advantage of the pleasant heated swimming pool!Discreet hosts who are attentive to the slightest request, and that's the icing on the cake!Thanks again to you Laura and Laurent.Sébastien and Philippe.

Very nice place in a prime location: there is a lot to see within a short drive and there are shops in the village center within a 100m walk. Neat, clean and excellently equipped gites with a heated swimming pool and plenty of space for the children to play. A nice plus is an enclosed piece of private garden at the gite for our 2-year-old son. And Laura and Laurent started this B&B this year and are fantastic hosts. And one last tip: If they hold a tasting, be sure to participate if you want to taste goodies from the area.

We look back on a wonderful week. We canoeed on the Dordogne, rented bicycles and visited towns. Our cottage Gite Cyril was fantastic. We really felt at home especially because of the hospitality of Laura and Laurent. Everything was neatly taken care of with an unprecedented level of facilities. Highly recommended for all people who want to enjoy the beautiful life in France.

we had a fantastic week in the Dordogne. Laura and Laurent are always there if you need them while not being intrusive. they give advice on what you can do. You really can't skip a canoe trip. other recommendations are a visit to the Goufre de Padirac (book online in advance) and a bike ride. In addition, the cottages are clean, spacious and inexpensive.

We spent a week in one of the gites of Les Coquelicots. It was really fun and we completely relaxed in the beautiful Dordogne.We were warmly welcomed by the very friendly owners Laura and Laurent.The gite is very original and cozy! Everything is there, even a washing machine, a dryer and also a dishwasher.We were lucky with the beautiful weather (a nice escape from the rainy Netherlands) so we could use the beautiful swimming pool!In short, an absolute must! We will most certainly be back soon!Thank you for your hospitality!

We had a fantastic holiday in gite Sofie. This cottage is fully equipped, including air conditioning in the bedrooms. We were warmly welcomed by Laura and Laurent. The pool is lovely and the WiFi worked perfectly! The bakery and other shops are around the corner. We will definitely come back!

We really enjoyed our time in the cottage and had a very nice holiday. We were received very hospitably by Laura and Laurent, the house is fully equipped, there is a swimming pool in the garden, the river is nearby surrounded by beautiful nature. In the village there are local shops and there is a local market on Thursdays
