You can request a reservation using the form below. We will respond within 24 hours if the gite is available.

Reservation is final if 50% is paid within 3 days after confirmation. Remaining payment is made one week before arrival. You hereby declare that you agree with the general terms and conditions that can be found at the bottom of the main page of the website.

Deposit : A security deposit of EUR 250 is requested. If the gîte is left particularly dirty or damage is caused, it will be withheld.  If not, it will be returned at the end of the stay.

Les Coquelicots de Dordogne takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification.

Cancellation Policy :

You will be refunded the full amount if you cancel at least 30 days before arrival. 

You will also be refunded the full amount if you cancel within 48 hours of booking, provided it is at least 14 days before arrival. 

If you cancel between 7 and 30 days before arrival, 50% of all nights will be refunded. 

If you cancel less than seven days before arrival, all nights will be charged.
