This cozy gîte is located in the beautiful village of St-Julien-De-Lampon. There are several shops in the village. There is much to do and see in the area. See tab “Surrounding Area” for more info.

Ground floor: living room with kitchen area and sitting area with TV, WiFi internet connection.

Upstairs: 1 bed 1.40 m, air conditioning. Bathroom with rain shower and toilet.

Private garden of 540 square feet (with BBQ and garden furniture) and a large shared garden. In the shared garden there is a heated swimming pool that you can use. Privat parking place.

The gîte is on a property with 2 other gîtes and is half a mile away from the Dordogne River.

Near or gîtes it is possible to rent (electric) bicycles (both for adults and children).
